摘  要:本文试以安徽师范大学校史为例,从拓展学生学习校史的渠道、深化知名校友与学子之间的交流、保护和开发校史物质遗存、将校史文化融入校园环境建设之中等途径,探析校史文化在育人方面发挥的先贤创学之艰的励志作用、知名校友的榜样作用、校史物质遗存的知校作用、校训、校风的规范作用等。This paper takes Anhui Normal University as an example to illustrate what educational functions the history of a university's development and culture can play: the stories of difficult initiative efforts can motivate and inspire students, well--known alumni serve as role models, the material relics are textbooks full of knowledge about the school and the school motto and school spirit regulate students' behavior. Universities should actively expand the channels for students to learn the university's history, deepen students' communication with notable alumni, protect and develop the material relics of the school and infuse the culture of school history into the construction of good campus environment.
