摘 要:近年来,随着燃油价格的攀升以及船舶节能减排的呼声越来越高,船舶能效提升方法研究显得尤为必要,目前其研究主要集中在设计与优化管理2个方面。本文针对5 000 t散货船设计了其清洁推进系统的配置形式,并分析其能效设计指数EEDI;此外,通过建立清洁推进系统主机及发电机综合经济性、排放性模型,给出船舶在特定工况下的最佳航速的确定方法。通过所设计的能效管理与控制的优化方法,可使整个系统运行在高效率区,降低主机与发电机的总能耗,从而大幅提高船舶能效。In recent years,with the rising of fuel price and the soaring of the sound of ship energy saving and emission reduction, the ship energy efficiency promotion method research is particularly necessary,at present the research is mainly concentrated in two aspects of design and optimization of management. In this paper,the configurations of the clean propulsion system for 5,000 tons of bulk carriers was designed, and its energy efficiency design index EEDI was analyzed; addition, through the establishment of the integratedeconomy and emissions model of the main engines and generators of the clean propulsion systems,and thus give a method for determining the optimum operating speed of the ship for a particular condition. By the design of the optimized energy management and control methods of the clean propulsion system,the whole system can keep running at a high efficiency area,reducing the total energy consumption of the main engines and the generator,thus improve the ship energy efficiency largely.
