摘　　要：主要阐述了有机氯农药的毒性作用以及近年来食品有机氯农药测定方法的研究进展,介绍了气相色谱技术、高效液相色谱技术、色谱-质谱联用技术等常见的检测技术,以及酶抑制法、免疫分析法、生物传感器法、活体检测法等快速检测方法的研究进展。The paper expounds the research progress on the toxic effect of organochlorine pesticides and determination methods of organochlorine pesticides in food in recent years, introduces common detection technology, such as chromatography, high performance liquid chromatography,and chromatography-mass spectrometry technique,as well as the rapid detection methods,including enzyme inhibition method,immune analytical method,biosensor method and in vivo detection method.
