摘　　要：阐述了普通高校工科类专业新常态实践教学的重要作用,总结构建了新常态实践教学体系,详述了实践教学内容体系的构成,即由基础实践训练、专业综合实践及创新实践训练3部分构成,探讨了构建新常态实践教学保障机制,论述了实践教学实施、管理与质量监控的方法,对普通高校工科类专业创新人才培养具有一定的示范作用。This paper sets forth the important function of new normal practical teaching for regular college engineering majors ,establishes the new normal practical teaching system ,describes the construction of practical teaching contents system which consists of basic practical training ,professional comprehensive training as well as innovative practical training ,discusses the structure of new normal practical teaching safeguard mechanism , and expounds on the method of implementation of practical teaching ,management and quality monitoring .It has a certain demonstration function for cultivation of innovative talents for regular college engineering majors .
