摘　　要：基于科研项目开发了2个具有地方特色的仪器分析综合性实验,并且在化学和化工两个专业付诸实施。结果表明:该综合性实验不仅有利于培养学生的动手能力、实际应用能力、合作能力以及团队精神,而且还能大大提高仪器设备的利用率。实践说明,结合教师的科研项目开发适合于应用型人才培养的具有地方特色仪器分析综合性实验,是实验教学改革的一种有效方式。The two comprehensive experiments are developed based on scientific research projects and implemented in the major of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering .The implementation results show that the comprehensive experiments can not only be beneficial to cultivate college students’ manual dexterity ability , application ability ,cooperation ability and team spirit ,but also increase the utilization ratio of instruments and equipment .Therefore ,it is an effective way of experimental teaching reform by developing instrument analysis comprehensive experiments with local characteristic that are combined with teachers’ scientific research projects .
