摘　　要：基于安全系统工程的理论和方法,通过阐述三双创新子系统的相互作用和协同发展,并辅以"技术—文化—需求"三要素的螺旋驱动,构建了实验室安全治理体系。在此基础上,分析介绍了广东工业大学的实践与经验,为各高校实验室安全的治理工作提供参考。Based on the theory and methods of security system engineering , this article establishes the laboratory safety management system through the interaction and collaborative development of three pairs of innovation subsystem , which is supplemented by “Technology‐Culture‐Demand” three elements of screw driving .On this basis ,a detailed analysis of the practice and experience from Guangdong University of Technology provides a reference for universities in China mainland .
