少数民族地区新课程实施现状分析——基于教师的视角

摘　　要：教师是新课程推进中的重要因素之一,通过个案研究,探究了临夏和甘南农牧区教师在新课程实施中的现状.研究发现,少数民族地区教师的主要精力放在应付考试、各种检查和日常琐事上,新课程提出的许多理念、方法流于形式.教师的教学知识、学校的考试文化与管理模式以及教师培训等是影响民族地区新课程深化的主要因素.teacher is one of the important factors in the Advancing of New Curriculum. Through case studies, explored present situation in new curriculum implementation of teacher on rural and pastoral areas in Lin-xia and Gan-nan. Study found that teach of effort to cope with the examination, inspection and everyday things in minority areas, many ideas and methods been proposed by the new curriculum became form. It is a key factor of affect the implementation of new curriculum in minority areas pedagogical knowledge of teacher, examination culture and teacher training etc.
