摘　　要：将英语教育实践环节质量保障工作的实施贯穿于英语教育的全过程,使学生刚进入大学就能得到对其在专业知识的建构、技能的习得以及在个性发展方向和决策上的指导,特别是在教育实践环节上的及时服务,是补充、完善英语教育质量保障体系,扎实推进高水平应用型大学的内涵建设及人才培养质量的根本保障。The mechanism that the quality assurance penetrates into the whole process of English education can help the students construct their professional knowledge,acquire the techniques,instruct their personal development and decision- making,and especially help timely to serve the educational practice. This mechanism may complement and perfect the system of the quality assurance on the English educational practice. It is also the key point to solidly put forward the deeper and inner construction of the application- oriented university,and to guarantee the quality of talents cultivation.
