摘　　要：高校教学质量改进是一个永续的过程,PDCA循环应用于高校教学质量改进具有良好的适合性,在阐释高校教学质量PDCA循环改进的特点与提出指导思想之后,重点分析了PDCA四阶段的应用。The improvement of teaching quality in colleges and universities is a continual process and application of PDCA cycle in it has good fitness. This paper explains the characteristics of the PDCA cycle improvement of teaching quality in universities and puts forward the guiding idea and analyses the application of the four stage PDCA.
