摘 要:生物技术导论是医学生物技术专业必修的基础学科,涵盖领域广、理论繁杂、技术新颖,是对生物技术的归纳与总结。为提高生物技术导论的教学效果和水平,该文作者在传统教学的基础上,引入了PBL教学模式。实践证明,PBL教学模式提高了学生的学习积极性和主动性,激发了学生对理论结合实践探索的兴趣,受到学生与老师的一致好评。Introduction to Biotechnology is the compulsory course for students whose specialty is medical biotechnology, covering a wide field, with complex theory and innovative technology, also is a summary and conclusion of biotechnology. In order to improve the teaching effects and level of Introduction to Biotechnology, PBL Teaching Model is introduced on the basis of traditional teaching. Practices have proven PBL teaching mode increases learning enthusiasm and initiative of students, and stimulates students' interests in exploration with both theory and practices, which are unanimously praised by both students and teachers.
