烟草花粉贮藏技术及其对烟草种子质量影响的研究

摘　　要：以云烟87和K 326的花粉为材料,研究不同含水量、贮藏温度及贮藏时间对烟草花粉活力及种子质量的影响。结果表明,烟草花粉干燥12h内活力高;花粉含水量控制在5.17%--6.48%之间,在5,-4℃和-18℃下可贮藏6--9个月,放置液氮中（-196℃）贮藏12个月后,花粉活力仍保持较高水平;不同温度贮藏12个月的云烟87和K 326花粉对烟株进行授粉,对烟株单果粒数、种子发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数、平均发芽时间及苗干重影响显著,对坐果率和种子千粒重影响较小,综合各项指标,采用-18℃下贮藏的花粉授粉,授粉效果和种子质量较好。此研究为烟草花粉的短、中、长期贮藏提供了技术支持。Pollen of yunyan 87 and K 326 was collected to research the influence of water content,storage tempreture,and storage time on pollen vigor and seed quality.Result showed that tobacco pollen maintained high viability within 12 hours after dehydration.Tobacco pollen（water content 5.17%-6.48%）could be saved 6-9months under the temperature of 5℃,-4℃and-18℃,and it can also keep high vigor after 12 months when placed in liquid nitrogen（-196 ℃）.The 12-months stored pollen exhibited significant impact on signal fruit seed number,germination potential,germination percentage,germination index,mean germination time and seedling dry weight,low influence on the percentage of fruit-set and thousand seed weight.All indexes indicated the pollen stored under-18℃could guarantee better pollination and seed quality.This report offered tobacco pollen storage method within different time.
