内蒙古锡林郭勒地区酸马奶中乳酸菌的分离鉴定

摘　　要：采用传统纯培养方法对采集自内蒙古锡林郭勒地区的27份酸马奶样品中的乳酸菌进行分离纯化,运用16S r DNA序列分析方法进行属种鉴定。结果表明,分离的83株乳酸菌分属于5个属15个种或亚种,乳杆菌属(Lactobacillus)25株,乳球菌属(Lactococcus)29株,明串珠菌属(Leuconostoc)6株、肠球菌属(Enterococcus)22株,链球菌属(Streptococcus)1株。其中Lactococcus lactis subsp.lactis为锡林郭勒地区酸马奶中的优势菌种,占总分离株的34%。In this study, Lactic acid bacteria （LAB） were isolated and purified by traditional pure culture method from 27 samples of koumiss collected from Xilingol of Inner Mongolia, and then identified by 16S rDNA sequencing and phylogenetic analysis method. The results showed that all the isolates were classified into 5 genera and 15 species or subspecies,namely.Lactobacillus（25 strains）,Lactococcus（29 strains）,Leuconostoc（6 strains）,Enterococcus（22 strains）,Streptococcus（1 strain）. Lactococcus lactis subsp, lactis was regarded as the dominant species,held 34% of the total iso-lates.
