摘 要:目的探讨电脑模拟人系统在检体诊断学教学中的教学效果.方法把2012级临床专业182人、护理专业160人均分成2组,对照组采用传统教学模式教学,实验组在传统教学模式的基础上加上电脑模拟人上机课.课后比较他们的测试成绩,并对教学效果进行问卷调查.结果临床专业和护理专业的实验组的测试成绩及问卷调查教学效果均高于对照组,P<0.05.结论电脑模拟人系统在检体诊断学的教学中可以对传统教学模式提供有益的补充,值得推广运用.Objective To investigate the role of computer simulator in physical diagnostic teaching.Methods 182 students of clinical professional and 160 students of nursing professional were separately divided into two groups, the experimental group and the control group.Traditional teaching mode was given in control group,and traditional teaching mode combined with computer simulator training was given in experimental group.The test scores were compared between experimental groups and control groups.Survey was conducted about teaching effect in all the classmates.Results The computer simulator improved the test scores,and stimulated students' learning initiative.It helped to facilitate their memory and improve the enthusiasm of practice and adaptability to clinical.Conclusion It is necessary to use the computer simulator in physical diagnostic teaching.
