摘　　要：生物化学实验对于学生的综合素质和创新能力培养具有无可替代的作用。在分析当前生物类专业生物化学实验教学现状的基础上,引入了"研究性学习"教学理念。从综合实验教学内容、改进实验教学方法、完善实验考核体系三方面提出了具体的改革措施,构建了生物化学实验教学新体系。在提高生化实验课教学效果和培养学生的综合素质等方面取得了较好效果。Experimental teaching of biochemistry plays an irreplaceable role in cultivating the comprehensive quality and creative ability of students.Based on the analysis of the present situation of the experimental teaching in the majors concerning biology,this paper puts forward some suggestions on reforming the experimental teaching mode under the direction of the “Research Study Concept”.This con-cept includes integrating the teaching contents,improving the teaching methods and the assessment methods.This new experimental teaching system obtained a better teaching quality in improving the teaching practice effect and cultivating the comprehensive quality of students.
