机械类本科应用型人才培养模式的研究

摘　　要：针对机械类本科教育过程中存在的问题,提出了改革的措施。内容包括:以培养工程意识和工程能力为重点,合理定位人才培养目标;以工程能力培养为核心,重构课程体系;以完善工程技术知识为主线,更新教学内容;以增强工程能力培养效果为目标,改进教学方法;构建完备的工程教育实践教学体系;以提高工程教育能力为重点,加强教学团队建设;形成相对成熟的校企合作人才培养机制。实践表明,这些措施取得了很好的效果,为其他高校机械类本科生的培养提供一定的改革思路。In this paper,the existing problems in the process of mechanical undergraduate education were analyzed.The specific re-form measures and content were put forward.These reform measures and the content includes：Reasonable positioning the talents train-ing goal,by focusing on cultivating engineering consciousness and ability;Engineering ability training as the core to reconstruct curric-ulum system;Updating the teaching contents to improve the engineering and technical knowledge as the main line;Improving teaching methods by enhancing the effect of engineering ability training as the goal;To build a complete engineering education practical teaching system;Strengthen the construction of teaching team to improve the ability of engineering education as the key point;To forming a rela-tively mature university -enterprise cooperation personnel training mechanism.In the process of implementing these measures,Huang-he Science and Technology University achieved very good results,and providing certain reform way of training for other university me-chanical undergraduate.
