摘　　要：榜样教育方法在高校思想政治教育中有着重要的作用,它对引领大学生世界观、人生观、价值观向社会主义核心价值主旋律靠拢起着重要的作用。学会更好地发挥榜样教育方法作用,灵活的运用榜样教育方法,为高校思想政治教育模式注入新鲜的血液,为大学生的时代使命感、责任意识输送创新的思维,为实现国家的富强、人民的幸福提供更为丰富的人力资源具有重要的理论意义和实践意义。The example teaching has played an important role in the ideological and political education which plays an important role in leading their outlook on world, life and values to get close to the main theme of socialist core values. It is of great theoretical and practical significance in using example teaching methods to inject fresh blood to ideological and political education model in colleges and universities, conveying innovative thinking to the sense of time mission and responsibility of university students, and providing more abundant human resources for achieving the country＇s prosperity and people＇s happiness.
