吉林省二道白河地区农村6岁以下儿童营养健康状况调查研究

摘　　要：目的:了解吉林省安图县二道白河地区6岁以下儿童营养健康状况和存在的主要问题,为科学、全面地开展农村儿童营养健康保健体系的建设提供支撑。方法:采用随机整群抽样方法,以家庭为单位随机抽取调研点6岁以下儿童,对其基本情况、近一周膳食情况、喂养方式、家长营养知识以及儿童体格情况进行问卷调查和体格检查。结果:吉林省安图县二道白河地区被调查6岁以下266名儿童,独生子女占92.1%,发育迟缓率达到16.9%,肥胖和超重的比例为2.8%。儿童的喂养方式为母乳喂养67.3%、奶粉喂养26.3%。从受访儿童近1W膳食情况来看,膳食食物种类较多,包括动物类食品、蔬菜、水果等等。被调研的看护人中绝大多数拥有科学的营养观念,78.6%的看护人了解佝偻病等概念,绝大多数看护人认为应该给孩子适当吃粗粮以及多吃新鲜水果蔬菜等。结论:吉林省安图县二道白河地区农村6岁以下儿童发育迟缓现象严重,应该有针对性地加强膳食指导。【Objective】To understand the nutrition and health condition and the major problems of children up to 6 years old in the rural Erdaobaihe area of Jilin province to provide support for the nutrition and health care system construction of the rural children up to 6 years old scientifically and comprehensively. 【Method】Using the random cluster sampling method,we selected children up to 6 years old randomly from rural families and made surveys about their basic conditions,meals of nearly a week,feeding patterns,parents＇ nutritional knowledge,and children＇s physical condition. 【Result】A total of 266 children up to 6 years old were investigated,of which 92. 1% were the only child of their families,16. 9% were stunting,2. 8% were obesity or overweight. The feeding patterns were breastfeeding 67. 3% and formula-fed 26. 3%. Dietary varieties of meals of nearly a week were wide,including animal food,vegetables,fruits and so on. The vast majority of caregivers had scientific nutrition concepts,78. 6% of caregivers understood concepts such as rickets,the vast majority of caregivers believed that children should be given whole grains and more fresh fruits and vegetables appropriately.【Conclusion】The stunting of children under 6 years of age in rural area of Erdacbaihe are in Jilin province was still high. The relevant departments should take measures to strengthen dietary guidance.
