摘　　要：分析了我国高职院校内部治理结构的现状,并对我国高职院校内部治理结构存在的问题及成因进行了剖析,并从营造高职院校治理环境、平衡内外利益关系、加强民主管理、推进多元参与、建立高职院校制度等方面提出了我国高职院校内部治理结构改革的对策思考。The purpose of this research is to explore the status, existing problems and attributes of internal governing structure of vocational colleges in China. It, thus, considers the strategies to reform the governance in the perspectives of governing atmosphere, balanced inner and outer interest relations, democratic management, multi-lateral participation, institutional formulation, etc.
