民办中小学教育教学机构师资培训方式探究

摘  要:民办中小学师资具有不稳定性、整体素质偏低、结构不合理等特点。在其师资培训中,应遵循四个原则:(1)充实培训内容,实行按需培训;(2)改革培训形式,提供个性化的培训方案;(3)优化培训师资,加强校本研修;(4)鼓励自主发展,树立终身学习理念。Private primary and secondary school teachers have the characteristics 0f instability, low overall quality, unreasonable structure. By the questionnaire, we found that the following measures should be taken in the in-service teacher training of private primary and secondary school teachers: enriching the content of the training, and practising the on-demand training; reforming the training form and providing personalized training programs; optimizing the training of teachers, and strengthening school-based research; encouraging independent development, and setting up the concept of life-long study.
