“国培计划”小学体育骨干教师置换脱产研修培训需求调查研究——以湖南第一师范学院为例

摘　　要：通过对"国培计划"小学体育骨干教师置换脱产研修学员的培训目的、内容、方式、时间、师资等方面的培训需求进行调查。结果表明,学员的培训目的较明确,对于教育学、心理学知识方面关注度较高,运动技能和教学技能是教师关注的重点,在培训师资上倾向一线经验丰富的体育骨干教师,多数培训教师对于校外考察的课余活动期望值较高。培训院校可采取完善培训课程体系,合理安排培训时间,创新培训教学方式,组建培训专家团队,丰富培训课余活动等措施提高国家级教师培训质量。Research is carried out for the training goal, contents, ways, time, teaching staff and other aspects related to the demand of the national replacement training program for primary P.E. teachers. The results show that： The participants hope to see more P.E. teachers with abundant teaching experience. Most of the participants are concern about the extra-curricular activities during the program. Some measures can be taken, such as perfecting the curriculum system, arranging logical training time, innovating teaching mode, constructing teaching experts team, and enriching the extra-curricular activities, etc.
