STC理念下终身职业教育的发展策略研究

摘　　要：终身职业教育理念在世界范围内的传播,引发了教育领域的全面改革。近年来中国职业教育发展迅速,但离终身职业教育的发展目标仍相距甚远。21世纪之后,STC改革对美国职业教育发展方向产生了重大影响,其核心内涵之一就是终身职业教育。反观我国,终身职业教育存在政府的职能行使力度不足、职业院校的教育力度不足、社会的参与力度不足等问题。为了促进终身职业教育的发展,政府要及时建立终身职业教育保障机制,职业院校应开展可持续发展能力教育,社会各方力量应同协作、共发展。The spreading of the idea of lifelong vocational education around the world are pioneering in the development of education. In recent years,although vocational education in China has developed rapidly,it is still far from the development objectives of lifelong vocational education. After entering the 21 st century,STC reform has had a significant influence on the development of American vocational education,whose core idea is lifelong vocational education. In contrast,lifelong vocational education in China faces the difficulties such as inadequate functioning of governments,inadequate vocational education,inadequate social participation and so on. In order to promote lifelong vocational education,governments should promptly establish lifelong guarantee mechanism of vocational education,vocational college should carry out the education of sustainable development capability,and social forces should cooperated with each other and develop further.
