摘  要:由于实训基地建设不足、缺乏企业参与等原因,高职学生职业技能发展不能满足实际需要,尝试构建了基于职业导向的高职教育翻转课堂教学模式结构图,模式借鉴太极模型,融入教学设计的环境设计、教学评价设计思想,力图通过应用翻转课堂教学模式,从而增多实践次数,提高高职学生的自主学习能力,达到增强专业技能的目标,最终达成完善高职学生的身份建构与职业认同的目的。Due to the shortage of probation base construction and enterprises' support, higher vocational students' skills cannot be fully developed to meet the actual needs. This article is trying to introduce a career-oriented and flipped-classroom teaching model by counselling the Tai Ji model, as well as the ideology of environment design and teaching evaluation design. Through this model, the author aims to increase students' chance of practice and improve their self-learning ability, so as to enhance their professional skills and finally achieve the goals of perfecting their identity building and career adaptability.
