摘  要:综合性、设计性实验作为实验教学的较高层次,是实践育人、培养学生创新能力和综合素质的重要手段。通过在生物工程综合实验课程中深化教学改革,强化育人职能,具体为:科研转化教学,在实验教学内容中融入学科前沿课题;以学生为主体,开展自主课题式研究的教学过程;改进实验评价体系,促进学生良好实验习惯与作风的培养等,给予了学生自由探索的机会,培养了学生的创新意识、科研思维、创新能力,和良好的基本科研素质,提高了人才培养质量。The education function of lab teaching should be given full play and emphasized. As the higher level of lab teaching, comprehensive and designable experimental teaching can be important method for practice education and cultivation of students' innovative ability and comprehensive quality. Further teaching reform was applied in bioengineering comprehensive experimental teaching, and the education function was strengthened. The methods involved to integrate frontier research subjects into teaching contents by converting research results to teaching, to practice student centered teaching mode which involves students' initiative project study, to promote students' good experimental habits and style by improving the evaluation system. These gave students free chance to explore and the students' creative consciousness. Their scientific thinking, innovative ability and research capability were developed and trained.
