我院教师教学质量评价体系的构建与实践

摘　　要：运用文献资料法、数理统计法、访谈法构建了我院教师教学质量评价53个指标,其中评价主体为领导、督查组、同行和学生。评价内容涉及教学态度、教学内容、教学方法、教学效果、教学行为。建立了五个维度四个等级的评价标准。运用建立的指标对教师教学质量进行分析,结果显示评价结果科学合理,对教师教学质量评价能够起到积极的作用。Adapting the method of documentation,mathematical statistics and interview,we build up a teaching quality evaluation system with 53 indicators,which covers teaching attitude,teaching contents,teaching methods,teaching effects and teaching behavior. On the basis of that,school leaders,supervisors,colleagues and students rate teachers＇ performance on a scale of four grades. Results show that the evaluation system is reasonable and scientific,which can promote the teaching quality.
