摘  要:目前,教师职业倦怠已经成为不可忽视的重要问题。高职院校的教师职业倦怠受社会、工作、个体等各种因素的影响,给学校、教师自身和学生带来了严重的消极影响。对郑州铁路职业技术学院教师(以教师为主体的教职工队伍)进行问卷调查,分析调查结果,提出相应对策。At present, the teachers′burnout has become an important problem that cannot be ignored. Teachers′job burnout in higher vocational colleges is influenced by social, working, and individual factors, which bring seri-ously negative influence to colleges, teachers themselves and students. A questionnaire survey was conducted on the staff of Zhengzhou Railway Vocational and Technical College ( teachers as the main body of the interviewees) , and the corresponding countermeasures were put forward according to the results of the questionnaire survey.
