摘 要:目的:描述护理专业大一新生的心理健康状况,分析其影响因素。方法:采用症状自评量表SCL-90和应对方式量表对某院校护理专业197名大一新生进行调查。结果:大一护生SCL-90量表总分(137.12±40.08)分,心理问题阳性为46人,阳性率为23.4%;与全国大学生常模和青年组常模相比,此次调查SCL-90各因子中焦虑、躯体化、恐怖因子得分的差异均具有统计学意义(P﹤0.01);与青年组常模相比,SCL-90各因子中人际关系敏感、抑郁、敌对、偏执、精神病性的得分较高,而这些因子的得分均低于全国大学生常模,差异具有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。结论:大一护生的心理健康状况不容乐观,在其心理健康教育中应注重培养其积极成熟的应对方式。Objective : To investigate the mental health of diploma nursing students, and to analyze its influencing factors. Methods: Totally 197 nursing students were investigated suits: The total score of SCL-90 was 137.12 ±40.08, the 46 with the SCL -90 Scale and coping style scale. Re- nursing students suffered mental problems, and the positive rate was 23.4% ; Compared with national college students norm and youth group norm, the score of anxiety, somatization, phobia were statistically significant ( P 〈 0.01 ) ; The score of interpersonal sensitivity, depression, hostile, bigoted and psychoticism were higher than youth group norm, but 0.01 ).
