摘 要:本科高校双能型教师具有将专业知识理论有效传授给学生的教学能力与素质,具有较高的从事实践工作的专业技术能力及职业素养,能系统培养学生的实践创新意识和能力等特征。新建本科高校在双能型教师队伍建设的思路理念、认定标准、考评管理、培养机制等方面存在着问题,双能型教师队伍的建设应明确目标,采取相应的培养规划、培养流程及培养模式。"Dual-talented" teachers in undergraduate universities possess the following features: having the teaching abilities and qualities of imparting professional knowledge and theories to students effectively, being provided with superior professional technical capabilities and qualities of engaging in practical work and the competency of cultivating students' practical innovation consciousness and abilities systematically. However, there still exist some problems, such as the ideas and concepts, qualifying standards, assessment management and cultivation mechanisms of "dual-talented" teachers' construction in newly-built universities. Therefore, the aims of "dual-talented" teachers' construction should be definite and its corresponding training plans, process and pattern should be adopted.
