摘  要:以上海海洋大学为例,通过对高校实验教师职业压力状况开展问卷调查,并对结果进行汇总分析,结合个别访谈,对实验教师的工作生活、发展状况与利益诉求做出综合评价。结果表明:实验教师对本职工作怀有较高热情,教师队伍整体素质能满足学校发展需要,队伍结构稳定性较好,但其参与科研工作的积极性不够,工作压力普遍较大。因此,相关管理部门有必要提供良好的职业发展契机,提升实验教师的业务能力;实行目标激励机制,提高实验教师的薪酬待遇;建立多元化的管理运行体制,缓解其工作压力,以提高其总体幸福指数。In this paper, taking Shanghai Ocean University as an example, the survey concerned with occupational stress for experimental teachers at colleges and universities was carried out, and the ques- tionnaires were collected and analyzed with individual interviews, which can make the comprehensive evaluation on experiment teachers' work and life, development status and interests. The results showed that the experimental teachers have high enthusiasm for their work, the overall quality of teachers can meet the demands of university development, the stability of team is better, but their enthusiasm of participating in scientific research is not enough, and the working stress is generally bigger. Therefore, it is necessary to provide the good opportunity for career development, enhance the experimental teach- ers professional ability, implement the mechanism of goal incentive, improve the salary management system of experimental teachers, establish the diversified operation, ease the work pressure and im- prove their overall happiness index finally.
