生物工程专业本科生校内实习教学模式的探讨

摘　　要：生物工程专业是实践性很强的专业,本科生需要一定量的生产实习锻炼提高自己的实践能力。然而,目前许多生物企业不愿意接纳本科生进入车间实习。如何解决这个矛盾,笔者根据自己多年的实践,介绍和论述了建立校内实习基地的一系列举措,包括依托省级生物学实验教学示范中心,建立专门的实习基地、配备专门的师资力量,加强队伍建设、实习实训内容的选择、制定合理详细的实习计划、加强监督和指导、规范成绩评价系统等。同时介绍了展开校内实习取得的效果、存在的问题和解决的办法,以供其他高校和专业借鉴和参考。Bio-engineering is a major so strongly emphasizing on practice that the their workshop to practice. How to solve this problem, authors in this article introduced and discussed a series of measures to build the intramural practice base, including construction of the special practice base depending on Liaoning biology teaching demonstration center, strengthening the personnel train by allocation of special faculty, selection of practice program, making the reasonable and detail practice plan, reinforcing supervising and instruction, and regulation of score evaluation system, etc. Simulta- neously, the intramural practice effects, the problems and the solutions to the problems were also intro- duced. It is a reference to other universities or other maiors.
