摘　　要：兵团精神是中职学校育人的宝贵精神财富。本文通过阐述当前兵团精神对兵团中职学校人才培养的重要意义,分析兵团中职学校德育中兵团精神教育课程缺失现状及原因,对引入行业和职业教育元素创建兵团中职卫护校兵团精神教育课程进行探索。The spirit of corps is the valuable spiritual wealth for the middle vocational schools to educate students. This article will expound the important significance that the present crop spirit has on the personnel training in the middle vocational schools of corps. And it will analyze the present situation and reasons of the lack of education course about the spirit of corps in middle vocational schools. So that to explore the creation of education course about the spirit of corps in the middle vocational and nursing schools by introducing the elements of profession and occupation education.
