摘  要:2014/15年榨季广西来宾永鑫小平阳糖业有限公司采用悬臂式机械水力两用清洗机通洗蒸发罐,显著提高了蒸发效能,降低了生产能耗,榨季标煤耗和蔗渣打包率都创下该厂历史最好水平。本文以该厂生产查定数据为依据,通过对比分析该设备使用前后2个榨季蒸发系统的运行状况,阐明了悬臂式机械水力两用清洗机在生产应用中的节能效果,初步揭示了糖厂蒸发罐积垢清洗环节具有的节能潜力。In 2014/15 crushing season, the cantilever type hydraulic and mechanical cleaning machine was used to clean the evaporation tank in Guangxi Laibin Yongxin Xiaopingyang Sugar Co. Ltd. The results showed that the evaporation efficiency significantly increased and the energy consumption reduced. Standard coal consumption and bagasse package rate achieved the best level so far in this factory. Through comparison and analysis of evaporation system running state for two crushing seasons using this equipment before and after, this paper clarified the energy-saving effect of the cantilever type hydraulic and mechanical cleaning machine based on the investigation of the plant produced date. It revealed the energy-saving potential of evaporation tank scale cleaning station in sugar mill.
