以赛带训与项目教学整合人才培养模式

摘　　要：项目教学法将各类项目课题的解决作为总的教学目标,以赛代训是将项目教学的每次成果进行累加,最终取得各类比赛优异成绩。这种方式是符合当今学生培养目标要求的。抚顺职业技术学院实用艺术系通过将教学思路转为以赛代训与项目教学整合人才培养模式后,先后取得省级、国家级、国际级竞赛优秀大奖,全面客观地实现项目教学课堂化、以赛带训亮相化,综合体现学、练、用、展、能,是人物形象设计专业培养模式的宝贵经验。The teaching goal of project teaching method is to solve all kinds of project subjects, driving competition with training is to accumulate each result of project teaching and finally achieve good results. This way is to meet the requirements of today＇s students training objectives. The practical art major of Fushun Vocational Technology Institute integrated talent training mode by changing the teaching thought into driving training with competition and project teaching, and has got prizes of the provincial, national and international competitions. The comprehensive and objective realization of project teaching in the classroom, and the comprehensive embodiment of learning, practice, use, exhibition, and ability are valuable experience for the training mode of character design major.
