五年制高职会计专业人才培养模式的探讨

摘　　要：五年制高职会计专业与三年制高职会计专业模式不同,有其自身的特点,不能机械地套用原有方案。应因地制宜制定合理的人才培养目标,并确定科学的课程体系与教学组织实施方案,采用灵活多样的教学方法和教学手段,最终将专业办好。The five-year higher vocational accounting major is different from three-year higher vocational accounting mode,and it has its own characteristics, so the original plan cannot be applied mechanically. It should set up reasonable talents training goal in line with local conditions, and determine the scientific curriculum system and teaching organization and implementation plan, adopt flexible and various teaching methods and teaching means, so as to do a good job in major offering.
