摘　　要：实训中心是学生接触实践的第一课堂。为了放大实验中心的整体功能,提高实验中心运行效率,培养适合社会需求应用型人才,高职院校应加强实验课程管理、教学过程管理、辅助教师工作管理、实验教学质量检查,及实验室环境管理、实验室安全管理和实验室人力资源管理,以挖掘实训中心潜能。Training center is the first class for students to practice. In order to enlarge the function of the experiment center, improve the efficiency of the experiment center, cultivate the applied talents for the society, higher vocational colleges should strengthen the experimental course management, teaching process management, assist teachers＇ work management,experimental teaching quality inspection, and laboratory management, laboratory safety management and laboratory human resources management, in order to excavate the potential of the training center.
