摘　　要：本文结合应用型本科背景,围绕卓越工程师计划,探讨了产业需求为导向,校企合作协同人才培养机制。从人才培养方案的优化制定、校内外多模式多赢的协同合作、大学生实践与双创能力的系统化设计、综合能力的多元培养等方面进行了研究,并取得了较好的实践效果。论文提出的思路和措施对于应用型人才培养尤其是卓越工程师计划的实施具有较好的借鉴意义。This paper applied undergraduate background, outstanding engineers plan, discusses the industry de- mand as the guidance, cooperation between colleges collaborative talent cultivation mechanism. From the talent train- ing scheme optimization formulation, face-to-face mode to win more cooperation and more college students＂ practice and double the capacity of systematic design, comprehensive ability to foster diversity was studied, and achieved good practical effect. This paper puts forward the ideas and measures for applied talents especially outstanding engineers plan implementation has good reference value.
