摘　　要：β-酪蛋白(CSN2)是牛科物种乳中重要的酪蛋白之一,对维持乳的理化特性具有重要作用。论文对普通牛、水牛和山羊的CSN2基因结构与功能、近年发现的变异类型及CSN2基因变异与生产性状的关联进行了综述,并对该基因在研究中存在的问题进行了总结和展望。β-casein（CSN2） is one important casein in milk species of bos family, which plays an important role in maintaining physicochemical properties in milk. In this paper, the CSN2 gene structure and function in ordinary ox, buffalo and goat were compared. Its variation type found recently and the association between the polymorphisms of the CSN2 gene and its production traits were reviewed. Meanwhile problems in researching the gene were summarized, and prospects were made.
