内科学PBL教学模式对医学生临床思维能力培养的探索

摘　　要：基于问题的学习(PBL)模式具有良好教学效果,是一种能够适应当前医学模式转变的教学方法。通过将PBL教学模式应用于内科学的教学实践,对该教学模式所涉及的教学准备、实施及效果等问题进行了初步探讨,并对当前PBL模式应用于内科学教学所存在的问题做了深入的分析。教学实践证明,将PBL教学法应用到内科学的教学过程中,可以克服传统教学的缺点,既能提高学生的学习兴趣,又能培养学生的综合能力和科研素质,取得了理想的教学效果。Problem- based learning（ PBL）,which is a new teaching mode emerging in the transformation of current medical education,helps much in improving the teaching effects. The aim of this article is to make a brief discussion on the preparation,complement and effects of the PBL practiced in the teaching of internal medicine,and analyze the problems existing in it. The practice of PBL in internal medicine teaching has proved it is an effective method to overcome the shortcomings of traditional teaching method. PBL could train students＇ learning interest,and also improve medical students＇ clinical thinking ability and scientific research quality,that have achieved ideal teaching effects.
