辅助生殖技术致妊娠早期流产的绒毛细胞遗传学分析

摘　　要：目的探讨辅助生殖技术致妊娠早期流产的绒毛细胞遗传学分析。方法选取我院妇产科住院诊断为孕早期流产的病人作为研究对象,收集时间为2010年4月至2013年4月,共计125例,分为2组,ART组(辅助生殖技术致妊娠早期流产孕妇)80例;对照组(自然妊娠早期流产孕妇),共计45例。分别对两组研究对象的绒毛细胞进行绒毛细胞提取,培养及染色体分析。结果对照组正常核型数量为24例,异常核型数量为21例。自然妊娠早期流产绒毛染色体核型结果提示,染色体异常类型最多见的是染色体数量异常,以47,XX/XY,+22,47,XX/XY,+16,47,XX,+21多见,其它可见三体和嵌合体;ART组正常核型数量为32例,异常核型数量为48例。结果提示以常染色体三体最多见共计33例,最多见的三体为47,XX/XY,+22、47,XX/XY,+16、三倍体型4例、染色体多态性2例、嵌合体型3例、单体型4例、四倍体型2例;对照组不同年龄中(>40岁、≥40岁),染色体正常例数/异常例数的异常率分别为(21/19、3/2),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),ART组不同年龄中(>40岁、≥40岁),染色体正常例数/异常例数的异常率分别为(31/18、1/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),ART组与对照组的染色体正常例数/异常例数的异常率分别为(32/48、16/21),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论辅助生殖技术致妊娠早期流产的容貌染色体异常明显高于自然妊娠早期流产孕妇,染色体异常与年龄有关。Objective：Analysis of assisted reproductive technology in early pregnancy abortion villus cell genetics.Methods：In our hospital were diagnosed as early pregnancy abortion patients as the research object,collecting time for 2010 April to 2013 April,a total of 125 cases were divided into 2 groups,group ART（assisted reproductive technology induced abortion in early trimester of pregnancy pregnant women）in 80 cases;control group（natural abortion in early trimester of pregnancy pregnant women）,a total of 45 cases. The two groups of subjects of villus cells chorionic villus cell extract,culture and chromosome analysis. Results：Control the number of group normal karyotype in 24 cases,21 cases of abnormal karyotype number. Natural abortion villus karyotype results suggest that chromosomal abnormality is the most common type of chromosome number abnormalities,with 47,XX/XY,＋22,47,XX/XY,＋16,47,XX,＋21 and other visible body and chimera;the number of ART group and normal karyotype in 32 cases,abnormal karyotype number 48 an example. The results suggest that the most common autosomal trisomy 33 patients in total,most of the body is 47,XX/XY,＋22,47,XX/XY,2 cases of ＋16,three times the figure of 4 cases,chromosome polymorphism in 2 cases,mosaic type in 3 cases,4 cases,four times the haplotype size;the control group in different ages（40,≥ 40 years old）,the abnormal rate of chromosome number of cases of normal / abnormal cases respectively（21/19,3/2）,no significant difference（P〉0.05）,ART group（〉40 years old,in different age ≥ 40 years）,the abnormal rate of chromosome number of cases of normal / abnormal cases respectively（31/18,1/30）,a statistically significant differences（P〈0.05）,the abnormal rate of chromosome number / normal ART group and the control group of abnormal cases respectively（32/48,16/21）,no significant difference（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：Assisted reproductive technology induced abortion in early trimester of pregnancy was significantly higher than that
