摘  要:目的探讨体验式教学在助产急危重症监护课程中开展的效果。方法选取本校2013级助产专业二年级50名学生为试验组,接受体验式教学,而对照组2012级50名助产专业二年级学生接受传统教学,并对两组学生考核成绩及对教学效果评价进行比较。结果试验组学生考核成绩高于对照组(P<0.01);在提高团队协作能力、提高综合急救能力、促进相关学科知识的融合、对助产专业体验、学习主动能力、评判性思维能力发展、提高沟通能力等方面的效果,试验组明显优于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论体验式教学提高了助产专业学生急危重症课程的综合实验考核成绩,有助于提高学生的综合能力。Objective To evaluate the effects of experiential learning in the teaching of Emergency and Critical Care in midwifery education. Methods Fifty midwifery sophomores enrolled in 2013 were recruited in the experi- ment group and 50 midwifery sophomores enrolled in 2012 were recruited in the control group. Experiential learn- ing method and traditional teaching method was implemented in the experimental group and the control group, respectively. The outcomes were evaluated using the test performance and questionnaires about students' evaluation on the teaching outcomes. Results The test performance in the experimental group was superior to the control group(P〈0.01). The students' evaluation on the teaching outcomes in the experimental group was superior to the control group in the perspectives of improving team cooperation ability,promoting comprehensive first aid ability,fa- cilitating the integration of knowledge,enriching the experience in midwifery,strengthening learning initiative,training critical thinking and communication competence(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01). Conclusion Experiential teaching can improve midwifery students' test performance and train students' comprehensive abilities.
