摘　　要：本文从全译批评标准出发,借鉴相关理论,确定误译判定标准是:译文对原文在语用、语义、语形的偏离低于翻译标准的最低极限,即译语在语用、语义、语形三维度的偏离超出译语读者的接受能力,影响交际的正常进行,无法达到对应的交际效果。误译判断参考的标准又有差异,判断语用误译兼顾原语和译语交际价值的实现度;判断语义误译以原语语义信息量为参照系;判断语形误译参照译语表达规范,兼顾原语的表达形式。The article,based on complete translation criticism criterion,uses its relevant theories to determine criteria of mistranslation： the deviations in a pragmatic,semantic,morphological of the target language from source language are below the minimum limits of translation standards,namely,go beyond the capacity of the target language readers,which impact on normal communication and the corresponding communicative effect cannot be achieved. Reference standards of judging mistranslation are different. Pragmatic mistranslation is judged by realization of communicative value between source language and the target language. Quantity of semantic information of source language is taken as the reference for determining semantic mistranslation. To determine morphological mistranslation,the expression norms of the target language and the expression forms of the source language are taken into consideration.
