摘  要:本文运用文献分析法,以基础教育三大普教教师专业标准为素材,从教师专业素质的视角,分析了标准中教师专业素质的研究背景与定位、框架结构与架构思路、结构与特点,得出了以下启示:特殊教育教师专业素质可以采用横向分类与纵向分解相结合的结构形式,注重教师专业素质的整体架构,突出专业素质的专业性和独特性,重视专业素质的知行性和实践性,强调教师专业素质的发展性。This paper,using literature analysis method,analyzes the research background,frame structure,architecture concept and characteristics from the perspective of standard teachers' professional qualities with basic education teachers' professional standards as the basic material. The reasearch results of the paper are as follows: the professional qualities of special education teachers can be resolved by using longitudinal and transverse classification structure of combining form. Also,the teachers in special education shools should pay more attention to the overall structure of their professional qualities,stand out the professionalism and uniqueness,attach great importance to the professional quality of knowledge and practice and emphasize the development of their professional quality.
