高校成人非学历教育发展的现状及思考——以云南省为例

摘　　要：近年来,成人学历教育发展陷入困境,在知识经济和终身教育理念下,随着社会经济发展,成人非学历教育呈现出由边缘走向中心的发展趋势。以云南省26所高校近年成人非学历教育的开展情况为例分析可知,目前高校成人非学历教育具备良好的机遇和广阔的市场,但仍面临困难和挑战,需加强对实现其健康持续发展对策和新途径的探索和思考。In recent years, the development of adult diploma education has been in trouble. Influenced by knowledge economy and the concept of lifelong education, along with social and economic development, non-diploma education exhibits the trend from the edge toward the center. This paper analyzes the current adult non-diploma education in 26 universities and colleges in Yunnan Province, and finds that there are good opportunities and vast market for college adult non-diploma education. But the college adult non-di- ploma education still faces difficulties and challenges, so it needs more explorations and thoughts on the countermeasures and ways for its healthy and sustainable development.
