摘 要:本研究通过问卷调查了我国321名英语教师参与职场学习的情况,再通过深度访谈来探究英语教师的职场学习过程、特征及其对教师专业发展的作用。研究发现职场学习贯穿教师整个职业生涯,通过教学与研究活动进行,教学实践与反思互动是其核心过程;教师职场学习具有交互性、时效性和偶发性等特征;职场学习有助于英语教师掌握教学和研究所需的知识与技能,拓宽教师认知,增进教学自主能力。This study investigates 321 Chinese EFL teachers' participation in workplace learning activities by questionnaires, explores their workplace learning process and key features, and analyzes the effects of workplace learning on teachers' professional development by in-depth interviews. The key findings are that a) teachers commit themselves to workplace learning throughout their career lives; b) their workplace learning takes place during teaching and research activities; and c) teachers' teaching practice and reflection are its core process. The study also shows that teachers' workplace learning has the features of interactivity, timeliness and unpredictability. Workplace learning can help EFL teachers acquire pedagogical knowledge and research skills, broaden teachers' cognition, and improve teachers' teaching autonomy.
