摘  要:药学教育的本质是培养高素质的创新型药学人才,为了将药学理论知识的讲授和实践更好的结合,首都医科大学化学生物学与学院以本科生导师制为依托,不断完善导师制培养体系和考核办法,促进了药学生综合素质和创新能力的提高,并对药学生导师制培养出现的问题提出改进建议。The essence of pharmaceutical education is to cultivate the innovative talents with high quality. In order to put the pharmaceutical theory into practice, School of Chemical Biology and Pharmaceutical Sciences of Capital Medical University established undergraduate tutorial system, which promotes the students' comprehensive quality and creative ability through Improving the tutor system and assessment methods. The problems of undergraduate tutorial system were also raised and suggestions for improvement were put forward.
