摘　　要：介绍了近年来在食品及食品接触材料中邻苯二甲酸酯的前处理方法和检测技术研究,对存在的问题进行了分析和总结。In this paper, the pretreatment methods and detection technology of phthalate esters in the food and food contact materials were introduced, and the existing problems were analyzed and summarized.
