摘 要:创新能力培养是高职教育的重要目标,导师制是高等教育的方向,是培养高职学生创新能力的有效途径。本文结合苏州健雄职业技术学院实施的导师制,阐述了导师制对创新能力培养的促进作用,以"创新实践中心"为平台,提出了"技能比赛→课题参与→创新项目→校企合作"的创新能力培养模式,层层推进,将创新意识的渗透、创新能力的培养落到实处,并对今后进一步的发展提出改进之处。Innovative ability training is an important goal of higher vocational education. The tutorial system is the direction of higher education, which is also an effective way of training higher vocational students' innovative ability. Combined with the implementation of tutorial system in Suzhou Chien-Shiung Institute of Technology, tutorial system's effect on promotion of innovative ability training has been expounded. With "innovation practice center" as a platform, innovative ability training mode which is "skill competition;task participation;innovation projects;university-enterprise cooperation" has been put forward. Carried forward gradually, the penetration of innovative consciousness and the cultivation of innovative ability have been implemented. Furthermore, the improvements for further development in the future have also been put forward.
