摘　　要：针对大型发电机的定子线圈绝缘带的包扎问题,开发了以Motoman-ES200D型六轴机器人为主体的线圈自动包带机。本文对其构成、功能及操作流程进行了说明,介绍了基于工控机的系统硬件和软件的设计方法。此外,进一步分析实验结果并提出了相关建议和展望。Aimed at the reeling of insulative tap on generator stator＇s bars, automatic taping machine with its main part of sixaxis robot Motoman-ES200D is developed. In this paper, the composition, function and operating process of this taping machine is illuminated, and, the design technique of hardware and software based on IPC （Industry personal computer） are introduced. Furthermore, the result of experiment are analysed, related suggestions and prospect are proposed.
