国内近十五年特殊教育教师职业心理研究现状与展望

摘　　要：本文通过文献计量分析法对我国近十五年来特殊教育教师职业心理的研究文献分析后发现。相关研究数量随年代而曲折增长；特教教师的职业倦怠、职业认同以及职业压力是研究重点；高校研究人员是主要的研究力量；在研究方法上，调查统计研究占多数。本文也对未来的研究给予了展望。By using the method of bibliometrics, researches into professional psychology of special education teachers in China in the last 15 Years are analyzed and the finds are concluded that the relative research number increase while years go on, that the research focus on professional psychology of special education teachers is about career tiredness, identity and pressure of special education teachers, that the researchers are mainly from colleges and universities, and that research methods are mainly investigating, survey and statistics. The prospect of future researches is raised in the paper.
