摘 要:目的:对专科护理专业学生进行干预,找到有效提升专业承诺水平、稳定学生巩固率的干预措施。方法:采用护理专业承诺量表对两校376名专科护生进行调查,分组后对实验组施行一年的干预,分析实验组和对照组专业承诺水平与巩固率的差异。结果:专科护生入校时专业承诺均分为(2.89±0.31);干预后,实验组专业承诺水平高于对照组(P<0.01),实验组实验后高于实验前(P<0.05),对照组实验后低于实验前(P<0.05);实验组与对照组学生巩固率有差异(P<0.01)。结论:专科护生入校时专业承诺水平较高;干预措施有利于专科护生专业承诺水平的巩固和提升;干预措施对学生巩固率有一定影响。Objective:Intervention on nursingr students, find the methond of enhancing the level of professional commitment and stable students consolidate rate. Methods: A survey utilizing professional commitment scales among 376 junior college nursing students was conducted, After the intervention on experimental group, the data were analyzed by SPSS 17.0. Results: Nursing professional commitment survey scoring average of 93.88 ± 15.64; After the intervention, experimental groupg professional commitment level is higher than that of the control group, experimental groupg score is higher than before, control groupg score was lower then before. The experimental group and control group was statistically different in the consolidate rate. Conclusion: Junior college nursing students'professional commitment level is scoring higher; Interventions can improve the professional commitment level and influence the consolidate rate.
