摘  要:目的:探讨多媒体在标准化病例(SC)测评护生临床综合能力中的应用价值。方法:在护生临床综合能力测评中运用多媒体,将标准化病人(SP)不能表现的客观体征、辅助检查资料以及特定的情境/问题等呈现给考生,全面测评护生的临床综合能力,并将结果与护生带教老师的测评相比较。测评完成后收集受试护生及参评教师对该测评方法的评价。结果:两组不同测评方法测评所得总分具有明显相关性(P<0.05);受试护生对SC测评护生临床综合能力中多媒体的应用具有较高的满意度,参评教师也给予了很高的评价。结论:多媒体结合SC模式,能准确评价护生的临床综合能力,具有良好的应用前景。Objective :To investigate application value of the evaluation method, which combined the standardized cases (SC) with the multimedia in assessment of clinical comprehensive ability of nursing students. Methods: Objective signs and all kinds of inspection data of the disease cannot be simulated by SP, and specific situation or problem, were presented to nursing students using multimedia technology so as to evaluate the clinical comprehensive ability of the candidates. And the results were compared with the evaluation of clinical teachers of the nursing students. After the exam, the nurs- ing students and the teachers' opinions about the evaluation methods of the test were collected. Results: The total score had a significant correlation ( r = 0. 708, P 〈 0.05 ) between the two different evaluation methods. The students had a high degree of satisfaction on the application of multimedia combining the SC in the assessment of clinical comprehensive ability of nursing students. Teachers also gave high evaluations. Conclusion: Multimedia with SC test model can accurately evaluate the clinical comprehensive ability of nursing students and it has a good prospect in application.
